about edges, pushing the media

The media assisted in variety and quality of line; most importantly, varying the edges of the subject.  Even the eraser describes a type of line; drawing in the negative. My goal was to create a variety of stroke, creating transitions between shapes and keeping it all so magical; simply, it’s charcoal.
